The gaming podcast with intelligence. Each week, we don our utterly metaphorical armour and confront the most intriguing mainstream gaming issues, as well as venturing to the arcane depths of the indie games scene. PC or console games: whatever your favourite species of electronic entertainment, we drag it screaming from the dungeon all the way back to the village.

- on comedy: I guess it'll be limited to it stemming from a situation.
- on shock games: it depends on the shock, I guess. Killing people in a war game where you play as the ... taliban can be a shock that can be handled better.
It's a tough question. See MW2's scene regarding killing unarmed civilians. It depends on the shock and implementation.
For example, a poor implementation (cartoony) for that game that requires you to beat a woman will have the opposite effect, saying that it is ok to it.
- regarding the MW2 event: Activision, does the game really need this type of attention? I mean it already did incredibly well in sales. What else do you want? Have everybody sell their kidneys to buy the game ... again?
